“Business Association” means the person or agency appointed by the company for the business development of the Company by acting as inlets for the acceptance of matrimonial advertisements to be advertised in the website, www.sahayi.com. |

The tenure of “Business Association” shall be for a period of one year. However the same shall be continued after reviewing the performance of the “Business Associate” by the Company on a nominal renewal fee fixed by the Company. But such renewal shall be at the sole discretion of the Company. |

The “Business Association” will collect membership fees as per amounts fixed by the Company and displayed on the web site. The “Business Association” will not collect any amount more than the prescribed membership fees at any time. Revisions in membership fees, from time to time, will be informed through our membership TARIFF displayed in the site. |

|
The “Business Association”may collect membership fee amounts from the members either in cash or cheque and should immediately provide proper receipt for the same in their name. |
| |
|
|
As a “Business Association”, you will not engage in similar kind of online or offline matchmaking activity. |
| |
|
|
The “Business Association” will not send any promotional material not related to www.sahayi.com to the members nor solicit any other financial proposals with them. |
| |
|
|
The “Business Association” will not replicate or use the identity material of www.sahayi.com or its promoter organizations such as logo, content, drawings, pictures etc for any offline or online purpose without our prior consent. |

|
The Company reserve the right to appoint any number of "Business Associates" including in the vicinity of your geographical location. |
| |
|
|
The Company reserve the right to terminate your status as “Business Associate" for non-compliance of these terms and conditions without assigning any reasons for the same. |

|
|
The “Business Associate” should make a certain payment to the Company, fixed by the Company, which is non-refundable, towards software development charge of the Branch. |
| |
|
|
The Company shall charge an annual maintenance charge of Rs.12000/-(Rupees Twelve Thousand only) which shall be debited to the Company equally on a monthly basis (ie, Rs.1000/- per month.) on or before 10th of the next month by D.D. or Cash failing which the Company have the right to collect the amount with 18% interest for the overdue dates from the “Business Associate”.Three continuous omissions to pay the above charges will cause termination of Business Association. |

The “Business Associate agree entirely to these terms and conditions, besides the norms of the web site, including privacy policy and will abide by them. |

|
|
In case of any dispute arising out of this agreement, the case will be referred to the sole Arbitrator appointed by us and the venue for arbitration will be Thrissur, Kerala. |
